Bio-Tribe

What is our Next Move? We need to consolidate our gains, by the creation of the Bio-Tribe. Every Tribe has to have a way to get in, and to get out. People want there to be some semblance of Equality, and Fairness, but how can there be anything like that, when there is no way to gain the full acceptance and recognition, by the Community, as a member of the Tribe? We need to have some Rites of Passage. 

There needs to be a way of creating a New Pathway to get in to Full Tribal Membership, and to get your name down on the Rolls, so that future generations might benefit, by having something ready made that they belong to, from Birth, with land, and people and rightful relationships. As it stands now, there is no way to earn entry into the Bio-Tribe, as a lifelong member, with the appropriate rights and responsibilities, and certainly not like it would be, on the Indian Reservation, where one would have a place to call home, regardless of monetary conditions. Something is missing here.

There is no Passing On of the Gift. There are many lessons, which all go unlearned, as a lot of material is covered, but then it all blows away in the wind, because it has never been bundled up properly, supported, braced, and secured, after which new building could then take place on top of that, or in some kind of an extension of what we had built. And yes, everything that we are Building here, needs to be further Extensible.

No one is tested, and nothing is ever challenged, or graded sufficiently enough, the way things have been going now, to make sure we really do have something that will work for the cause, and no one will take full responsibility, even when they are the last Woman Standing. It is like they will only stay there, as long as the party is going on strong. But when it comes time to clean up the mess, and resume the pace of life, to a normal rhythm, then they are gone off to the next party.

When a Carpenter tilts a wall up, the first thing She has to do, is to Secure that Wall, and so it is common, to Nail it Down, in the right place,and to hold it in Place, and to plumb it up, with a Brace, or some kind of an attachment, to an existing wall, of some kind, in order to Stabilize what she has built, so what gains that have been made, will not be lost, otherwise that wall will fall right over backwards, and it may even tumble down the bank, and so that work that we have begun will need to be Secured, so that our further work can then be built upon what has been Secured. Anything else is just fooling around. 

If that Wall is not Secured, the Wall Collapses, and the house never gets finished, in this fashion, and so it will be here as well, unless we can find a way, to secure our gains, in an orderly fashion, so that we can proceed from there, in the world of New Thought Creations as well, so that they are not ruined, by thoughtless opinions, which come only from likes and dislikes, so that we can Secure the New Ideas, before they get torn down, and without having to go all the way back to the beginning, every time we have a New Conference. Not everybody is at the same place. And yet the assumptions are that one size fits all. But now we need to form an Inner Circle, and Inner Tribe, which is open, to the inclusion of New People who are, or will soon become a Known Quantity.

There is a lot of expansionism, which is a waste of resources, but very little bringing things together, which might be a way of Securing Our Native Resources. Things need to change, or they will die. The Time when this kind of throw away culture used to work, may be coming to an end. That is why we need to start to build something that would counter the wasteful expenditures of energy, by the rich, with something that would bring things to the next level, like the Bio-Tribe, which could be made up of the most deeply committed members, who really have been Nailed down, as proven contributors, in terms of Creative New Thought Contributions, time, energy, and money, once something real has happened first, for that to become evident, but not as an entitlement, just for being needy. But first a real change needs to happen, in terms of us, seeing a real change in them.

The Prospective New Members, of the Bio-Tribe will first need to Cross Over the Bridge. And some of the signs that you have Crossed Over the Bridge, is that you are changed in some way, so that you are no longer hateful of your Parents, or the Military, or the Government, or the Schools, or the Men, or any of these other Authority Figures, who had once been our former Masters, and who had once humiliated us, in one guise or another, under whose Guidance and Direction, we might have felt Oppressed, and angry about it, since we had not been raised right, which is to stand corrected, and to show restraint, and self control, and self discipline, to take no for an answer, and not to strike back, and not to be too touchy, or overly sensitive, about not being wanted, or of not being liked. 

Those things all have to be overcome, in order to join the Bio Tribe, with all the rights of membership, and so it begins to become a Discipline, as you might have guessed, which emphasizes Service, Contribution, Perseverance, and a willingness to make a Sacrifice, for the Tribe, even when it may appear that you are not getting paid. That is all about Crossing Over the Bridge of Change. And these things are not already in place, with the ordinary people out there. And so these are signs of progress, in making it, at least part way Across the Bridge, which can then be checked off the list, by those who have gone before them.

And then the next sign of having arrived on the other side of the Bridge, if there even is such a thing, would be that you have something constructive to Contribute to it all, or you will remain silent, when we meet, and not just to keep digging for further Complaints, or Problems that might be used, to work the system, for that would be a way of behaving, like one of the Consumer Kings, who may feel that they are Rightfully to be Entitled, in an Overly Permissive Society, centered around need, to carry on, as if they were among the ultimate consumers of the Earth, or as if they were among the Top Level Predators, who must be satisfied first, before we can proceed.

Many of those will insist upon Blind Inclusivity, where no distinction is ever made, but how can we continue to prematurely welcome those, in to the Bio-Tribe, who have not yet even begun to start Crossing Over the Bridge, simply in accordance with the terms which we have set in place? That would be like nailing the wall down to the floor, in the wrong place, and well before we have tilted it up, and squared it up, and plumbed it up.

But there really is a very good reason, why all these popularity driven institutions often choose to use the one size fits all, way of doing things, because it is easier to keep it simple, with nothing but cheap information, and no real content, which would be actionable, even if it is without any Heart, as it does sell, and so it is to be seen as being a big success. But that might be a wasteful kind of success, that hinders our Ongoing Building Process, if they will not allow for some Reform, of Business as Usual, and the people are pleased, with all the information overload, so they may continue to falsify the Missing Heart, so that no one will notice, with the appropriate Heartful Sounding information, about Sharing and Caring, but that is still just Information Accumulation, instead of searching for new Ideas, and then the careful Building, of new worlds, with those New Ideas.

We need to find a way to embrace some New Leadership. Someone has to be empowered enough to be able to say the things that nobody wants to hear, without being shot down, like a comedian on stage, who might be subject to be heckled, or booed, just because some people might not like what he or she is saying, when the real issue is whether they can wrap their heads around the entire message, which is pretty well integrated, and highly functional. We need to Embrace, and to Protect, the New Leadership, because someone has to be entrusted, with the responsibility, to serve, as the Initial Decision Maker, to set this new wave of change into motion, and to become the New Leadership Carrier, of this New Tribe, which could be called the Bio-Tribe, as I have suggested, since the lack of vision, is tied right in, with the total lack of there being any kind, of a Leadership Support Structure.

That is why we must make an effort, to create the beginnings of a whole New Tribal Order, to support the Leadership Carriers, which is what will make it possible, for them to function effectively, if only temporarily, as such, in a deeply self entrenching world, where there is a lot of resistance, to any kind of leadership, which is a kind of Tyranny, of those who will not empower anybody, not if that means they might then be at a disadvantage in this endless competition. But that is only for the first 3 years, just to get us off the ground and Rolling like Thunder, from Down Under. We need to set things up so that this Leadership Carrier can then proceed, to offend everybody with impunity, because all New Thought Leadership, which any New Leadership Carrier among us must have, from now one, and not just popularity, is going to be received as being Offensive Sounding, when all this new stuff gets rattled off, without let up, because it is going to resemble Arrogance, as if someone was trying to claim to be first, which is not the case.

New Pathways Need to be Created, and Old Ones Need to be Restored.

There needs to be a New Pathway, to full Nativity, as well as a Pathway, to the Bio-Tribe. That doesn't mean as soon as you get there you are in. You still have to Qualify, and you still have to Commit. And you still have to Serve. There has to be an openness to new ideas, like the Re-Localization of Power, without losing control. But it is not a popularity contest. There is such a thing as Natural Leadership.

The Natural Leadership Carriers must be able to open some new doors, and to shed some new light, on some old things, and to show that he has made some real discoveries, and then has possibly even refined those discoveries, and has purified them, and organized them, into an orderly new way of thinking about things, which is highly inclined towards becoming very formulaic, and systematic, and which can then be added, to the Growing Tree of Practical Truth, which it will serve, as an extension, of our existing ideology, which is game changing, and leads to new growth, and new possibilities, besides preaching to the quire, because it is continuous and open ended, like a breakthrough that just keeps on going.

The first idea I would like to talk on and on about, in this vein, is on the New Nativity.

The New Nativity is offered up here as a correction, for what is missing, which is some recognition for those, who came here, as Immigrants, and who Crossed Over the Bridge, but who has as yet still received no recognition, as one of the Natives, not even when they had lived here, for well over a hundred years, of Real Naturalization, and at least 3 Generations of True Nativity, meaning that both of their Parents were born here, along with Two of their Grandparents, which might be considered to be more than enough to have proven their ruggedness, their durability, their survivability, their adaptability, their ability to support themselves, and to procreate, and to reproduce successfully, within the family structure, not as state dependents, and so this should help to prove their long term staying power, when they have been relatively independent.

We don't know all the details, of how each person has made it Across the Bridge, as a positive and constructive person, who has no beef with this land, and so we have to come up with a One Size Fits All standard, in this instance, to simplify the concept. And then we can make exceptions, for those very few people, who we really do know, who are fast learners, and wish to serve at the highest levels.

How many of these New People, who have been here so long now that they rightfully should now be called Natives, have been Dismissed, as unfit for inclusion, among the Existing Natives? Quite a Few. Almost all of us. Why? People say that this is a Land of Immigrants. But that is like saying that you belly is a land of undigested food. And of course there is some truth in that, but it is meant to be getting digested there, and if it does not, then it may turn into Poison.

And yet these people, do not aspire to anything of the sort, like getting recognition for the Earned Nativity, and all the powers that go along with that, because they do not know of anything of the sort, as something which they have already earned, or which they could reach. This is like someone, who has earned all the credits needed for a Diploma, but didn't know about it, and so they never put in for it.

When will these former Immigrants ever be recognized, and accepted, as being fit for inclusion, as a Native, meaning that they are no longer Immigrants, living in a Land of Immigrants? Do they not know, of their own Nativity? They do not know that they are Natives, living in a Land of Natives?

It becomes clear that after all that testing, and after all those trials, and milestones, it might be high time now, to give some of these new people, who have survived, and reproduced, over many generations, and who have been raised up well, and not just dumped upon this world, some kind of recognition for that very real degree of Nativity, and this does need to happen, because they really do deserve, some recognition for that, which might be something like a Coming of Age Ceremony, where we show Tribal Recognition, of that meaningful Transition, as they Cross the Bridge Over, from being an Immigrant, who is still unproven, and unknown, and with many complaints, like Children, or any New People, over into being honored, as a Real Native, who is already proven, and certified, to be one of the Natives. And like a Child who grows up, they no longer have any complaints, about how strict their parents had been.

How much does a Waterfall Weigh? We have been told that we are a Nation of Immigrants. But that is not True. We are not a Nation of Immigrants, for two reasons, and the first one is that the Indians may well have come here across the Bering Land Bridge, as has been shown, but even so they did not come here as Immigrants, not in the traditional sense, of new people joining in, with the existing people.

That was just a natural movement of peoples that represented an expansion, of their existing Native Habitat, not a desire to move to another land, where some other people already live, and to live among these others, as an underclass, who wants to remain separate but equal, or as people, who would become New People, who would like to become what they see in this new land, which is a slight, but meaningful distinction, we can make, about Immigration, if we choose, to define it that way, which could be defined, as an intentional movement, into the lands of other peoples, which were already inhabited, by some other Native Humans, whether or not they wish to become one of them, or to remain separate but equal.

For this reason, it is not fair to say that the Indians are just Immigrants, like everybody else, when there really is a distinction there, as that might be received, as a forced demotion, to be dismissed, as a nothing, not to be received, as an honor, and so it is an insult to say that they too, are just more Immigrants, in a Nation of Immigrants, because to be an Immigrant is a huge dishonor, which would be a huge affront, to the Indians, because of their long standing Pride, in their Nativity, as the First of the Natives, so it would be wrong, to throw them in the same category, as people who have no superior rights of honor, by virtue of their Self Sufficiency.

They are not Immigrants, by this way of thinking. And all we are doing here, is adding at this point, that these others, who have been here for 3 Generations, are also no longer going to need to be regarded as being mere Immigrants, since that is to be seen, the way we may choose to define it, as being another insult, and as only a temporary designation, like boy or girl, or like a potted plant, which has not yet put down any deep roots, or like a New Member, which falls away, after they have proven themselves, but only after a very long period of time, when the transition is great, like it is when becoming one of the Natives, because it really does have to mean something, if we are going to redefine everything, in a whole new way, at the expense of the Indians, who were probably going to be content to leave things the way they were, when they alone had enjoyed the honor.

It cannot just be, for our own convenience, in the short term. It has to have long term workability, so that what we are building works even after we have gone.

The second reason, we can no longer keep allowing government, the schools, and the news media connected people, to classify us, as all being Immigrants, in a Nation of Immigrants, is that can be used to dis-empower, to divide, and to conquer us all, by erasing our memories, when many of the Immigrants might have now become worthy, of being considered, to be among the New Natives, because they have all the makings, of ancestral memories, of being born into this land, over and over again, because they have begun over 100 years ago to put deep roots down in these Native Lands.

And so this is a flowing process, like a Waterfall is a process, not a thing, and this is the age old way of all life, to grow and to change, and to flow through, into become something else, so it is all about birth, and longevity, survivability and proven reproduction capability, and so it is no longer going to have to remain confined, to being really just about a racial division, like it used to be, way back when Darkness Ruled the World, and this is just as it is when Children grow up, to become Enlightened, to some extent. That is a Process too. But it certainly does not always apply, to the holdouts, who have chosen to remain separate but equal, as that signifies a choice, to remain as a Non Native.

Childhood is a fairly short Stage in Life, comparatively. It takes about twenty years. And being an Immigrant is another fairly short stage in life as well that you go through, which takes about a Hundred Years, and in either case you come out of, after the ride is over, even though that one is a much longer ride, taking over 3 Generations, but that is still very short, from our perspective, which is a Biological Perspective, as Universal Integration, requires a Universal Perspective.

And this long term kind of understanding re-establishes a recognition of a directional flow, that people are better off, when they feel they are moving forwards, when what we had before, was a Blockage, caused by Congestion, because we thought that only the Indians could ever be considered to have become Native to this Land.

Indians are not the only Natives. They are not the Universal Native People of the world. There are Natives in Africa. There are Natives in South America. Yes, and so we know from that that the Indians, are not the only Natives, and that is what unlocks the Door, to solving the Race Problem as well, that Race is not required of achieving Nativity.

It is not about Race, as it is all tied in with Birth, and Sustainability, over 3 Generations. That is why even the Immigrants, should have a right to know where they stand with us, and that there is a designated Pathway to Nativity, even though they will never make it in their lifetimes, since it will have to be accomplished, over something like 3 Generations, as we have Defined it, just as a child is told that when they turn 18, then they can make their own decisions, even if they are still not responsible, as they will be considered old enough, because of the one size fits all trip, to have matured enough, to be considered, to be an Adult, ready or not, who are then awarded with Sovereignty, or Life in Prison, with no testing of their individual abilities, as that helps them to orient themselves, as people who can expect to see a change, when that is merited, even if nobody likes them, and they are not yet ready for prime time.

And so we should be able to do the same thing with Immigrants, by promising them the moon, like we do with our own Children, that they will grow up one day, when that is not always the case, and that they will be entrusted with Freedom, once they have been here long enough, or to give them a little bit of respect, if they have been born here, and are of the Third Generation of Nativity, with 2 Parents, who were born here, and with 2 Grandparents, who were born here, over 100 years ago, and then if we are all still alive by then, they too will have every right to be celebrated, and included, as Responsible Local Native Decision Makers, who then have to be given a full Share, in Native Decision Making Powers. And this will not attract a resurgence of Illegal Immigration, because most of the Immigrants are not thinking that far ahead.

But the Nativization Ceremony is only meant, to represent the embodiment, of the Tribal Recognition, of a change in their Social and Spiritual Status, which is like becoming included among the Elders, or as one of the potential leaders, within the Community Social Structure, of the Tribe, who can speak up in a negative way, for the first time, in relation to other people, affecting their rights and responsibilities, as decision makers, and their standing in the community, as people who can be counted on, not to sell us out, for short term gains.

Transitions need to be recognized, and they should be marked, with a ceremony, as it would be, in a coming of age ceremony, when some things out of the past must be forsaken, like the things out of Childhood, or the things of the Old Country, in order to claim the right, to take on some new responsibilities that are of the future, and so this becomes a Changing Point, where these new people will be invited, to Cross over the Bridge of Change, one by one, from being Immigrants, who must follow, as replaceable parts, of that Initializing Spirit of Change, whose rights are interchangeable, with the newest of Immigrants, to being Natives, who will get to lead, in this way, replentishing the Pool of Natives.

We are then going to be allowed, to exercise our newly gained leadership powers, as full fledged Natives, being fully Naturalized, in strict accordance, with this very Strict Doctrine, of the New Nativism, which is blind to the popularity contests of the world.

But why so Strict? This has to be very strict for some very good reasons, as anything less, would only cheapen it all, and it would be an insult to the Indians, because they don't want what they have, to be sold out cheap, and it is something that should not be given away loosely, rendering it all useless, by virtue of being meaningless. It has to mean something very real, which can be seen by all, if it is going to have any Power, and the more it means the better. We want people to know that this is a real changing point.

The New Nativity Changes Everything.

This New Nativity that we are creating here, is like a tool, and we need a tool like this that can then be used here, there, and everywhere, to resolve racial, social and ethnic disputes, like those, which exist in Western China, in Malaysia, with Pakistan and India, and in Tibet, as well as Palestine, and Rwanda, as well as Haiti, so this is a product that we can offer, to all the peoples of the world, as a tool, to be used, in the interests of World Peace, as the need is found, to be Universal, both here on Earth, and Beyond, because the New Nativism is just the beginning, of any entirely New Universal Order, which is meant primarily, to Stabilize what we have just begun to build, in the particular corner of the Universe, as the universal Leadership Council.

This is to be done, by Organizing it, into some kind, of a workable Order, and then Securing it, and by Bracing it, and then by Nailing it Down, so that it will not fall back down, into the Primal Ooze, before we are done, with this thing called Life, because we are just about to lose the whole thing, if we cannot find a way to Stabilize the Relationship with People and Land, as the free flow of people across lands will cause Erosion, just the exact same way that the Free Flow of Water across Our Native Lands, will cause Erosion.

It will wash away all the Top Soil, and along with it will go all the Native Life, and everything it lives off of, and it will leave a vast wasteland of self destruction, in the place of that Native Life, which would have been able to survive, if it had been favored and protected only.

It works and applies everywhere, and we can use this New system, as a building block to make Peace, and to prevent Genocide, and this is probably because it is a Universal Principle, which has been extracted from the Natural World, after having been discovered, deeply hidden, way down deep, in the inner most framework, of the Natural World of all Native Peoples, which appears to be not all about Love and Peace after all, like so many people might have thought did not have any prerequisites, but they do, because Stability comes first, and Sustainability, and that is accomplished, by the Establishment of Order, not by focusing on the Free Flow of Unearned Human Rights until the end.

That kind of thing, is just another sign, of the Dissolution of Order, which is leading, to the complete Meltdown of Stability, in our Society.

The Love and Peace Generation is going to be very slow to accept anything new and different, but that is because they have not Crossed Over the Bridge, and so they still resent their parents, and other authorities, like the police, who had been too strict, and so they felt that all Authority is the source of Wrongful Oppression, even after they had been weaned, and raised and fed and clothed by such people, as their Parents and other forms of Authority. For these reasons, a lot of people are resent Authority. But there is a good kind of Authority, and that is Natural Authority. Without the re-establishment, of Natural Authority, we may lose the Earth.

Love and Peace are States, reflecting the fact that we have reached a point of the Relative Stabilization of Society, but it may be that it becomes possible, to harvest that, as one of the Benefits of Order, but only after we have tilted up that wall, and have Stabilized it, by Securing it, and by Bracing it, and by Nailing it in Place, which is about reaching a point of completion, which is necessary, before we can leave the job, or to let our guards down. We cannot even break for lunch, when that part of the job is not yet done, which means to leave the job, in a condition, in which it can then be left, for Future Generations, to continue working off of that platform, which we have built, as a beginning, not fighting over the last remaining resources.

We are the Builders. That is what we do. We put things up, and we nail things down, and this is a way of doing that. Peace does not come first. First we have to plant the Tree, of Order, and bring it to Maturity. And then Peace will be the result of protecting what we have built, in an orderly way, and maintaining it.

We are not all to be given shares, in our country, which could then be sold. Only those who are over 21, can be entrusted with Authority. Our Children are not to be given Decision Making Powers, over these Native Lands, until they have been trained, and raised up rigfht, and have been approved, or until they have reached the age of 21.

They will try to complain about that, wondering why they cannot be allowed to run free, and so we have to be able to tell them why that is, quite honestly, that they haven't learned any special consideration, and so they will have to wait, until the one day they will be old enough, to decide for themselves, to become Mommies and Daddies, like we are, or whatever they want to do, as responsible people, and then they will be able to make a lot more of their own Decisions. But until then, we will make their decisions for them. That kind of an Order, being in place, and being understood, helps to resolves those matters, and that will give us some time, to provide some guidance and direction, which is our way of nailing them down, so that when they are set loose, within society, to run free, it will not be as self destructive sociopaths.

The same thing is true of the Illegal Immigrants, who are not yet coming to this country, well enough nailed down, or trained, or committed, and there ixs no reason why we should not expect them all, to get some training first, before they would qualify for admittance, and so they remain, as people, who we are not sure of, and so they cannot be entrusted with power, not for 100 years, unless they make the Ultimate Sacrifice, and as a result, they are people, who have no direction to look forwards, when they will be fully accepted, as independent decision makers, except for the 100 year Pathway to Freedom.

They too may need some guidance and direction, as well as some glimmer of a hope of gaining freedom, so they will have something, to work towards, such as reaching the level of Full Nativity, after 100 years, and becoming Free the hard way, which is will be necessaary, for them to put in some time, if they will not cooperate, in any way whatsoever, which is something that we need to plan for. Imagine a city fully of juvenile delinquents, who are like feral cats, and who just will not allow themselves, to be reached in any way, not even in a tough boot camp style training center. We have to make plans for that eventuality, and so many others. We have to realize what kind of animals, we are going to be dealing with.

This brings up a something new, which will help us to nail these free radicals down, who might otherwise wreak havoc, within the civilized world, as well, using violence, to express their rage, and so we will need to be able to offer them a Pathway to Nativity, because the opportunities, to get some control of the flood of illegals, are slipping right through our fingers, along with the Native Resources, which they are carrying with them when they return, and that process is washing away our Native Resources, in the same way that a flood washes away the topsoil. Look at the topsoil on the beach. What topsoil. It is dead sand. That is because all of the resources have been washed away by the constant flow of gentle waters, moving back and forth, across These Native Lands, which may go unnoticed, in the dark. We may not see it, but a lot of bad things are going on out there, which are having a negative impact on Our Native Lands.

We might be able to stabilize some of these people, If we could let them know that we have considered their lack of Nativity Problem, if that is a problem for them, as it has been for many of the rest of us, and that we have an offer to make to them, to accommodate their needs, in ways which were never offered to us, that they will gain the full exercise of their Native Rights after 3 Generations, and 100 years of Naturalization.

That will help them feel they have a chance, to get in line, with the orderly process, of keeping records, of who was born here, and when , which prepares them to Cross on over the Bridge, into the New Nativity, when the time has come. One complaint might be that this new stream of benefits, might drive even more Illegal Immigration than we already have going on right now, when we offer them this kind of a great deal on getting in to our country, as full fledged Natives, with all the rights and powers that go along with that. But our consideration for their needs, will probably not be appreciated.

This will probably not drive that the future of Illegal Immigration, because for the Short Term thinkers, who want everything now, and these feral cats, who will not get some training, it is going to seem to be way too long, to even be anything they would care to even worry about, being over 100 years away, which is way far off out there into the future, which is Beyond their own Short Life Times, so that not too many, of the all too many, who are the short term thinkers, are going to even bother, to go through what it takes, just in order to get the benefits, we may have lined up, for those will be 3 Generations down the road.

As a result of the sizable Time Frame, this will probably not drive more Illegal Immigration, not in the least, which is run almost entirely on the promise, of short term gains, and fast money now, as inclusion within the Community, as Natives, is not as important to most of these people, as money trumps all, because Money buys all, the way most of them may see it. And they do not want to learn about our long term ways of thinking, even though it might be easy enough to understand, for the rest of us, that long term survival, might require some long term thinking now.

If we don't make plans now, right here, in the past, then we will not be there tomorrow, to know the future. And this is important to us, to know the future, and to be there, in the future, one way or the other, through reproductive chains, which cannot be broken, as one link is all it takes to break the chain of life, because that is something that has to be passed on down, in its living state, without let up.

And Independent Scotland could have been different.

Scotland had a chance, and lost it, in 2014, to break away from England, and to become Independent, and self sustainable, because they didn't have this much of a plan that we have right here. They should have been wild enough to have done so, if only in order to become a better tourist haven, built around the Scottish Brand. Keeping everything old time, and making it even more old time, could have been a great strategy, to resist Globalization Pollution, and to stop changing, into some global shopping mall culture, and to remain the same, only better, by keeping out the big box stores, all the Chain Stores, and the Chain Banks, and all the fast food restaurants, and by using more Cobblestone, Spinning Wheels, Millstones, Looms, Carts, Wood, Stone, Crafts, reflecting their Ancient Heritage.they could have gone off, in an entirely different direction, but only with the proper leadership. 

They could have put their focus on preserving the old ways, which were Sustainable, including distinctive clothing styles, manners, and customs. It is a good brand name. And there are not that many left, where the people look like Scots, and think like Scots, and speak like Scots, and where the people dress like Scots, and where they work and play, and drink Scotch Whiskey, like Scots, in such a way that all these other people who have nothing like that, might want to come and see that from as far away as China, for hundreds of years to come, as a tourist destination. But no one was thinking of Picking up Scotland, for Free, which would have been worth something like $90,000. each, and then holding it collectively, and managing it for Sustainability.

This could have been a breakaway nation, which could have gone its own way, using tourism, and by selling products, with the untarnished Scottish Brand, at all of the curio stores, and at the gateways into all the castles, and the quirky antique shops, and restaurants. There was a great potential there, to protect what they already have, which is a sense of place, and a proud cultural identity, and there is no reason, why they couldn't have done something visionary, with their Well Earned Freedom, which would have allowed to them to walk off, with a great big chunk of Free Real Estate, with a good location, on a shrinking planet, on which they could actively preserve, restore, and maintain that part of the world, partly by keeping it all, well protected, and in their own possession, as opposed to leaving the barn doors wide open, to any kind of an invasion.

They are not too far off the Beaten Track, like New Zealand, or Chile. Everyone would want to swing through Scotland. But they might not have realized the meaning of their once in a lifetime opportunity, to simply select their Freedom, and to Select all that Free Real Estate, and to walk off with all those castles, and a ton of Free Real Estate, from the Iron Grip of England, which they had fought and died for, over hundreds of years, meaning millions of acres of name brand real estate, which is all Native Land, with a perfectly good brand, and with every kind of Authenticity, which is becoming rare. That alone would have been worth more than 90,000 Scottish Pounds, per person, not that that would ever be for sale, if someone wanted out, since that would not be anything which could ever be sold or traded, in any form, keeping it far from the grips, of being snatched up by the Chinese Billionaires, out there in the Global Economy, who might want to buy Stock in Scotland, just to make a profit. And so like in a Reservation, you would have to be a Tribal Member, who is down on the rolls, or who has ancestry down on the rolls.

But the pulled away, from the best land deal in history, losing all of those Sacred Lands of Scotland, because they didn't know they could have had a real stake, in their own Native Lands, that would have been worth that much, but this would not be too different from what some of the Indians have, in our own Country, where they own a share of that reservation land, which is held in common, and where you have to have the blood, to get a share in that, so you cannot just buy in, by force, using the power of money, like they do on Wall Street, where an entire Family owned company, held for many generations, might be taken over, with a Hostile Takeover, forcing your neighbors to put up with you, even when your behaviors are not consistent, with the Tribal Norms, which is the way it is in the Global Marketplace, or the Uniform Code of Worldwide Mediocrity. And that means that you would have to be able to prove your ancestry, to be descended from at least one of those original Scottish People, who was down on the initial list of the members of that Tribe, or the rolls. And it is not too late to make such a determination. 

They could have done something Great. It would have cost them nothing, to get something that would have been worth Billions and maybe even Trillions, and that would have allowed them to decide, who could come onto their land, such as those, just like it would be on the Reservation, like who could be Entrusted, with Responsibilities, and who showed the proper respect for Native Authority, and a willingness, to make a Contribution, and to provide a Service, and to make a Sacrifice, and those who could not, or would not, such as those, who would only be coming there, as visitors, and as paying guests, not Members. Some things are just not for sale.

They may want to come there for jobs, and to live there, as workers, and as renters, or they would be there as paying customers, like tourists, and so they would not need to be welcomed collaborators, who may have to be adopted into the Tribe, as Natives themselves, because of their many Contributions, but not just because of need, but because of Contribution, and Service, which is a very real possibility, to be rewarded with membership, in return for their Service, and their many Contributions. But that does not necessarily mean that they would go down on the rolls, as one of the descendants, of the original share holding members, which is how the Tribe is Defined, as that would be reserved, for direct descendants.

Like most people, the Scots were afraid of change. They were afraid of what they would lose, if they did not become a part of the European Union. They did not want to be left out of something big. They did not want to become a backwater. But they had a special opportunity. Normally when people get to Select their Freedom, all they get is to walk away, from a bad situation, which is all that it means to be Free, that you are Free to Go, not that you are free, to come and go, because once you leave, in most relationships, you generally cannot just return again, any time you want, and especially when you are just a visitor. 

But in this case, Freedom from England, for the Scottish People, would have meant that they would get to control and manage, the various potentials, of having a choice piece of real estate, which is like having a chance to inherit an existing business, in and of itself. 

Normally when you are given Freedom, it does not mean that you are granted a piece of land, or any share in the holdings, as one of the original stakeholders, who will hold all of those Tribal Lands in Common. All you normally get for that is to be Free to Depart, and to follow your own way, but this would have been a Boon.

Not very often do you get a chance, to walk away, with an entire Middle Earth style Kingdom, with all the Stone Castles, and the Loch Ness Monster, and all the rest, which has such an interesting story behind it, as in Braveheart, a story of freedom, and bravery, with lots of history, and with characters, like Jack the Bruce, and Rob Roy, and Mary Queen of Scots, who was beheaded, just for insisting upon demanding her freedom, under great pressure to submit, and the Freedom of Scotland, to become a Sovereign Nation, regardless of the life and death, of one individual.

The Indians do not have Shares in their Reservations. And it is not necessary, in reality, for their to be Shares in Scotland, which would be at all salable, on the market, like stocks, which could then be bought up, by a Saudi Princess, or a Chinese Billionaire, for them to be valuable, because value does not depend upon saleability. And the fact that they cannot be sold, would just drive that value even higher, like 3 times higher, than they would be, on Opening Day, which might have been worth something like 90,000. which most of the voters in that 2014 referendum turned down, even though that is more than the average net worth, of all the Scottish People. That Tribal Membership would have been valuable, because of the value, of the holdings, which are held in common, for themselves, and their posterity, and for the world, not for sale, which is something that a lot of money can be made off of, for hundreds of years to come, by renting it, instead of selling it. That would be Slow Money, not Fast Money, but it would last a very long time.

Each Truly Scottish Person, over the age of 21, could then be granted a stake in the newly independent Country of Scotland, as Tribal Member, which is like a part owner, worth one share, with no need to ever grant any more new shares, except for new births, as it would be with any Indian Reservation, meaning that any immigrants coming into Scotland, would be regarded, as rent paying visitors, and as people, who needed jobs, but not as voters, or land owners, or business owners, or power brokers, who could throw their own weight around, to change Scotland, nor could they be entrusted, with Stewardship Responsibilities, such as the right to vote, or to run for office, or to hold jobs, which require trust, like lawyers, or police, or judges, or anything that would involve being as one of the Shareholding Stewards of Scotland. And that would be to keep Scotland Scottish. But why Voting? Can't we give the household vote away to strangers? No. It really is a Family Affair. You would have to be a member, of this vast family. 

Voting has everything to do, with Stock Ownership, even if that Stock cannot ever be sold, because that is just a way of talking about having a Share in the Decision Making, which is only among partners, who have something invested in that ongoing concern, as a thing of some value, even thought it cannot be sold, which is true, because we know that Real Estate does have some value. And we see this same pattern, in the Stock Market, where only true stock holders get to vote. No one else gets to vote, in our plan to Save Scotland either, only the Natives. Here is why.

Let us imagine that you have one woman, who owns a 4 bedroom house, and 3 others, who rent out the other rooms. When it comes to remodeling the kitchen, or building an addition, which is going to impact everybody,, but not as much as the owner, then only the true owners, will convene, to make the decision, since it does not extend, to the renters, to become Decision makers, over some ones property, maybe how the household is run, but not when it comes to Property Management Decisions.

If it did, then the 3 renters could out vote the owners, and so the owners would lose control of their own property. By the same token, if we allow the Immigrants to vote, as equals, who have just wandered into Scotland, in search of jobs, then they could end up, ruling the entire country, eventually leading to them getting some stock, and then even being able to sell that stock, regardless of all that glaring dishonor, using the same system, effectively walking off, with these Native Lands, without firing a shot. And that would allow them to adulterate Scotland.

The other reason they cannot be allowed to vote yet, for the first 100 years, as Native Scottish Stakeholders, who have fought to regain Sovereignty, in their own Country, is because they haven't got a share, in the Scottishness, and they haven't fought and died, for Independence, which should be, and could be, attached to the Land, which would be worth, over 90,000 Scottish Pounds, on the opening day, which would triple overnight, to 270,000, per person. That is something that is extremely valuable, that we do not want to shovel out the door, to those who still should need to ask permission, to enter, and to work as workers, and renters, or as paying visitors, which is how we make our money here, off of such paying visitors, who are always to be self supporting.

In this way the Scots could rest assured, that their Native Lands, and their Native Culture, and their whole country, and their Native History, of their Native Traditions, and the way they do things, would be secured, for it would never be taken away from the Natives, without an act of warfare, and certainly not without a shot being fired, like we see happening all around the world today, which is losing a lot of ground to Global Capitalism.

But then the Children, of those Original Scottish Share Holders, who are the True Natives of Scotland, whose names have gone down on the Tribal Roll of Original Members, would then be granted New Shares, to remind them of what they are the share holders of, even though that is mostly about Stewardship, since none of that is salable, and so it would not be allowed, for the English, or whoever might happen to be there, to be awarded new shares, since they would not yet be considered, to be Natives even, much less, as direct descendents, of the originals, whose names are all down on the rolls, which will be taken, at the time of Independence.

In this way Scotland, would always remain under the same peoples control and management, which would assure the world that the quality of the product remains the same, but only if the people so chose to do so, like the Amish do, halting all progress, and changing change forever, even turning some change backwards, intentionally, to the way it was, back to the ways of the horse and buggy, and everything being hand made, just to preserve just one small part of the natural world forever, to remain the same, if at all possible, as long as possible, with Humans being part of the Natural World.

And along with this plan, might go the Grand Restoration, of the Missing Forests of Scotland, which have disappeared, under English Rule, and the building, of more Stone Houses, and Castles. But if nothing is done to protect, and to restore Scotland, to the former glory, of its early struggle, for Independence, and Sovereignty, which is unparalleled anywhere, then it will eventually become like everyplace else.

The Big Box stores will move in. The Freeways. The Suburbs. The Shopping Centers will go up. The Non Natives, and the English, who might be looking for a cheap place to live, and a wide range of Global Immigrants, from far away places, who have left their roots behind, looking to rent, on welfare, at the government expense, will move in, just because it is a cheap place to live, on that easy British Welfare, and so the way things are going, the Scots will move out, of their own accord, after they get tired of the incessant influx, of non paying visitors, leaving their own roots behind, while the new people put their roots down deeper and deeper, and become deeply entrenched, which will necessitate the losing of their heritage, and their place in the world, and the meaning of the whole thing, will be lost forever.

Now that really would be a shame, to lose Scotland that way, because of a thoughtless neglect, and especially now, when they have had a chance, to do so peaceably, when they got to vote on it, in 2014, and that with a sense that they really have earned it, over the hundreds of years, of forced submission, to a foreign power, and where a lot of blood was spilled, fighting for a Freedom, that was never Achieved, and which was never Granted, until all these years later, when an opening opens up and it all becomes totally possible, and then they miss their chance, for the lack of good Leadership. Let us hope they get another chance, to walk away from the Party, in one piece, before things get way out of hand, and they lose everything good and right, to those who would consume them.

With the New Nativity, this is how it would work. If you are an illegal Immigrant here, who has been here for over 3 Generations, with 2 Grandparents, you would qualify as one of the Natives, who could then own land, vote, and go into business. If you were born here over 100 years, and have been living openly, and honestly, as a registered offender, who has apologized, and come clean with us, with kind words of gratitude, and a promise, always to respect Native Authority, not like a feral cat, but with full accountability, to the community, for those who could prove that, reasonably well, then they would be awarded, the right to Full Nativity, and then they would be free, to move about the Country, without fear of being Deported, regardless of race or national origin.

They could even be allowed, to run for high office, as one of our Native Politicians, and as someone, who would be considered, to be trustworthy enough, to assume responsibility, and not to become too easily corrupted, which is part of the change that we do want to see, in the Immigrants, and which we have every right to expect, after 100 years, of True Naturalization.

Maybe then they could be allowed, to practice law, as an Attorney, or to become a Judge, or to serve on a Jury, or to work as a Police Officer, or to join the Military, or to become a Border Patrol Agent, or a Night Watchman, or even to serve, on one of the Local Native Decision Making Councils, which is an Honor, and so this does provide a Direct Pathway, to this powerful new thing, which may not sound like much, when it is called, the New Nativity, but it is a Breakthrough Concept.

And I know this all may sound so wonderful, and sweet, but there is a hook here, and there must always be a hook, just to keep people honest. They would have to pay the full value price of a share, which would be three times the opening value of a share, and then, of course, they would be considered, to be worthy of a full share, in return for all that downright hardworking natural goodness, which we knew they had in them, for we must be willing to reward those, once in a long while, who do 3 Times their fair share, for nothing, but the joy of contribution, but those shares cannot ever be sold, and so no one is going to go for that one.

Now how would that be, boys and girls? Great! Right? We offer things up for sale, that no one will ever want to buy. Wouldn't we all like to have a share in these Native Lands? Yes. Of course it would be great to be honored, with a share of this land that is worth well over $90,000, on opening day, which would triple overnight to $270,000. To refuse that would be like refusing a check for $90,000, which would quickly become worth $270,000. much like a stock that can increase in value, right after the opening day. And they aren't making any more Shares in Scotland, so the next time, you get the chance, you might not want to walk away from that truly fine opportunity, just in hopes of sponging off of the European Union, as a vassal state, which is dependent, and then that could become a form of Economic Slavery. 

We can do all that right here, within our own Native Lands, as well, almost exactly what they could have done, with a Sovereign Scotland, which could have gone Independent, for Free, when they had the chance, in 2014, as they could have all been granted Equal Shares, in Scotlands natural wealth, as Natives, whose names are all down on the rolls, as Tribal Members normally have, when they live on the Reservations, and sharing Scotland, in the almost the very same way as the Indians share the lands, which they hold in common on the Reservations, except for one distinction, which is that it would not some Free of Charge. They could have gotten Scotland for Free, but refused to take it. We are not Scotland, and there is no history of oppression, which we could use, as a wedge, so we will not be given such a generous opportunity, to walk off, with such a gigantic piece of Real Estate, free of charge. 

The other difference is that Scotland is an attractive brand name product in and of itself, which makes it a natural tourist attraction.We do not have that either. But we can create that. With real Leadership, we can build up to that, only on a smaller scale. We can buy the Tribal Lands, and Create the Tribal Culture. We can lay down the same rules of how things work. And then of course we can make generous exceptions to those rules, when that really does make good sense.

This independence would have given Scotland local control of their own identity, and their own culture, and of their own lands, to keep them beautiful, and to make them even better, because then they could have drawn the line on Immigration, Pollution, Globalization, Deforestation, Immigration, and Anglicization, which might ruin the Magical quality of Scotland, sharply effecting its value, as a tourist attraction, or as a site for shooting fantasy movies.

As the Native Peoples, which we are, we could have set up, our own Independent Scotland right here, in this Country, on these Native Lands, which we could almost have walked right off with, just for a song, gaining control over these Native Lands, and retaining control, just like the folks in Scotland could have done, who could have Saved Scotland, and they probably would have done this, if they only knew the fantastic business potential, of getting Shares, worth well over 90,000 Scottish Pounds, and retaining exclusive rights, instead of watching it all get washed away, by the erosion of Immigration, and Globalization.

We would be wise to take back these Native Lands, and put them back into Native Control, for safe keeping, not so that they could just sell those shares, because they would not be for sale, even though they do have great value. We need to do this, on the right scale, while we still have a chance, in exactly the same way, with $90,000. shares that are just too valuable to be flatly refused, out of ignorance. But those Shares cannot be given out carelessly, for the same reason that our Native Lands, cannot be sold out cheap for nothing, and given away to all these needy stray cats, who would not even bother to learn the language, because we cannot allow this land to go right down the drain, as it falls into complete disarray, due to Globalization, which has allowed the money to do all the talking, leaving the Native Warriors out of the picture, for way too long now.

This may seem to be very far away, for some of the Immigrants, but some of them will have a chance, to be included as well, if they can earn some kind of new member recognition, which might be possible, with something like 100 years of Honorable Service, and by kicking in, 3 times the value of a share, which would put them on a completely equal footing, with the Natives, but that is not anything that most of them really want, so that is like a product that will not sell.

As a result of that, these Native Lands will then be allowed to remain safely, in the faithful hands, of the Rightful Natives, who are not in need, of any special provision, since they are all direct descendants, of those whose names are down on the original roll of Natives, so even if they are disowned by their parents, they still will be able to exert their rights, to a place to live on the Reservation, just like it is with the Indians, who can prove their ancestry. They will be immediately accommodated. And we, of course, will all be on the original roll, of True Members. And so our Children would have Land Rights, and Decision Making Rights, in relation to Our Native Lands, even if they didn't have enough money, to Buy In, to the Tribe.

As soon as the many new people out there, with No Tribal Rights, whatsoever, are designated, as one of the New Natives, they will be awarded one of these imaginary shares, at the opening day valuation, and then they will triple in value, even though they cannot be sold, and so that would be the new share value, for those, who have done all the other good stuff, and want to go all the way with this, to get their names put down on the rolls, along with the Originals, so their children will be able to point to that, to save their asses one fine day, deep into the future, when all the opportunities, will have all been spent, so it will be a big boon, if they can prove, where they have come from, and then we will of course be justified, in holding them to be fully responsible for a ton of new responsibilities.

Immigrants will be able to buy in. They will be able to commit to this community, and to earn their Nativity. This does not amount to Amnesty, even if most will not be willing, to pay the price, to get on the rolls, or to be counted as being Prematurely Equal to the Originals, in Honor, since they will not be granted a Full Share, just for hanging out with us, and having a good time, as that is not about risking their lives, to be of Service,a nd so no Sacrifice is involved, in hanging out, with the Cool People, who have a Plan, as a Survival Strategy, even when that is for over 100 years, as a slacker, who may not ever do their part, but is always there to take advantage of all the freebies, and the generosity of others, so they can still be Takers, who have not Changed, even after 100 Years.

There are no Partial Shares. Full Nativity will still be available, without Shares. And they will be allowed, to Buy Land. But even that will only work, for those Illegal Immigrants, who can stick it out, and who can stay out of trouble, and then they will be counted in, as Natives, after 100 years of progress, even if they do not choose, or are unable to buy in, which is common for the Takers, not to want to Buy In, but just to want to party, as one of the Slackers, who really does not want to do a single thing more, than they really have to, and then they will be allowed to own land, to buy wholesale, and to sell, and to go into business, almost just like one of the Original Natives, who would have a Full Share, along with their Nativity, which no one can sell, and so it really is not anything that can be lost.

That most generous offering, will probably still not phase out most of the Foreign Nationals, out there, who are only focused on the money, the easy money, the good money, and the fast money, which is normal, as they are here as Takers, not as Providers. And that is why we need to make these Distinctions. Even some of the Natives may have not yet become whole, as one of the Providers, since they may not yet have begun to Cross over the Bridge of Change, and so they are still thinking of themselves, as being Immigrants, in a Nation of Immigrants, as they have been told, by the Media, over and over again, who are all just out, to get what they can get, in some dog eat dog throw away world, where no one cares, who their Grandparents were, or where they came from, and why they uprooted themselves.

But it is nice, to know that there is a Pathway to Nativity, here in this Country, as it could be in Scotland, as well, which should be waiting there, for the Grand Children, of the first of the Scottish born Immigrants, when these Children then come of age, at 21, and then they will be regarded as Natives, not Shareholders, since everyone has to grow up first, as it should be, in an Orderly World.

And then they would Buy In to the Shares, at 3 times the Original Value, where they will then be able to progress, once they have begun to put down Deep enough Roots, into these Native Lands, and have begun to assume, responsibility, for upholding, the norms of the community, by copying them, and by emulating them, and by teaching them, and by enforcing them, which is all to be considered, to be Native Scottish Lands.

The Newbies would need to learn, Native Scottish Culture, Native Scottish Norms, Native Scottish Language, and respect for Native Scottish Authority, with politeness, courtesy, kindness, and respect, and common decency, as well as honesty, in their dealings, with all of the Original Shareholding Natives, and all of their Heirs, which are all primarily, for and about preserving the Integrity of all Native Peoples, who are willing to embrace, their own Sovereignty, and to take up this Benign Plan, as their own Way of Life, to exclusion of all others, who may choose to exclude, except for those respectful few, who may be allowed to join them, with permission, and what this does, is that it establishes some kind of New Order, to make up for what is Missing because of the Meltdown, of the Old Order.

But some of the Immigrants, will still not be interested, but they will still be allowed to remain, as workers, and renters, who help them to service, the visitors, and the real paying customers, who might want a Taste of Scotland, and an experience, of our Native Culture, as that is what they are all about with us, just a decent job, which will allow them to pay the rent, and that is what we have to offer to them, as far as we are concerned, just to get that out there, that we intend to make money, off of the Immigrants, not to lose money on them, as we have been doing, and so they will have to progress, through honest work, and to spend that money here, not just to get the freebies and run, as they are not to go running off with anything, because those are Scottish Pounds, which can only be spent here. They are not to be funneled off, to some foreign powers, as that would drain our Resources.

And so you can see how this New Nativism works, in terms of Re-Localization, for the needs of Native People all around the world, who are willing to stay home, because they might want to preserve their Native way of life, and it works in a systematic way, which produces Justice. And so we will not need to beg for Justice, as if we were the Victims, not when we can produce our own, as the Natives, who have gained their Sovereignty and their Autonomy, through Warfare, or simply by a referendum, as it was in Scotland, where they could have just voted for it, or simply by paying for it, if you do not wish to fight and to kill for it, as has been customary. 

And we should not have to fight, and to kill for things, not when we can generate the Economic Resources. And we do not want to go to the Governments of the World, as beggars, who are begging for handouts, so for the rest of us, we can simply buy our partial Freedom, and make do with that much of a recognition, of our Sovereignty, and our Autonomy, that we have the potential to have simply bought our own Land, and set up our own System on it, as the Land Stewards. We don't need to protest for Recognition of our Native Rights. We have Enough Buying Power, to use that instead.

The Scots had a chance to break away from England, in an honorable way, in 2014, by referendum. But we may not be so lucky here. We will have to join together in common cause, and make plans to simply pay for everything we want to be given back to us by the government. But buying Government Lands would be a problem. The Politics involved, would be horrendously complicated. But luckily for us, we do not have to turn to the Government, like beggars, since there are lots of places in private ownership, which we can simply purchase, in the normal way, allowing us to bypass Government Interference.

But what about the Indians, or other Indigenous Peoples, found across the world over, who did not get on the rolls, as Tribal Members, of any of the Reservations? It is going to come as a great boon, for Indigenous Native Peoples, around the world, who can use these Principles, in a whole new different way, not just to get onto a Reservation, which may or may not reflect, their rightful identities, but to get the whole island, or the whole forest, Scot Free, along with their Sovereignty, just like the Scots, who could have taken the whole thing, worth Billions, and Trillions, under their Benign Stewardship, with the swipe of a pen, which could have been of benefit to all.

What it does for the Indigenous People of the World, is revolutionary, in that it can be used, to give them something credible, for the first time, which can be used to given their claims of Sovereignty, some basis, for having a claim, to have some real share, in the final say so, about whatever is going on, in their neck of the woods, which is akin, to something like Veto Power, only more so, over unwanted development projects.

We need to be able to veto to things, like being swamped with Immigrants, or being invaded by Chinese Billionaires, who would colonize these Native Lands, with wrongful development, pollution, and environmental destruction, forcing the Native Peoples off, onto some reservation, as mere workers, who are dependent upon their new masters, to stay alive, as well as being a whole new platform for new changes, which they will then be able to initiate, on their own, and a way of making a living, deep on into the future, which will become possible, once they have been awarded, a big piece of property, worth about $90,000 Indigenous Dollars apiece, which once again, cannot be sold.

And we only have to keep saying that, as if it were monetary, to make the point that it is worth more, than most peoples net worth, even in the highly developed world, where even most of the Middle Class people, in our own country, don't have that much net worth, and so it really is a big thing to consider, as being our Gift to them all, because the Indians really can benefit from this.

Some of the Indians today, will often sell off chunks, of most of their Reservations Lands, here in this country, and in other countries, causing them to lose their lands, and to lose their Tribes. But that monetizes the land, which Globalizes it, when anybody in the world can buy it, which we are opposed to, and would like to see them change that, and so these Worldwide Guidelines, for how Native Lands are to be protected, from the Global Economy, might help them to do that. And that is why we cannot allow these Shares to be Sold, by any of the Natives, or they will lose their Affiliation with us. And we are the Builders.

It all starts with the recognition, among the Natives, of their inherent Nativity, as people who really do have deep roots, in that place, which is the basis of all Sovereignty, where they have fought and died for that land, and this could serve as a New Basis of Native Power, as it is a way of getting some credit for that, when the Immigrants might swoop in and take all of that, with the power of numbers, swamping these Native Lands, causing the erosion of their Native Rights.

What is Sovereignty? You do not gain Sovereignty, by moving to New York City, no matter how long you might stay there, in your short lifetime, if all you do is hang around, out on the street corner. You are still just a worker and a renter, until you die, and you are not in line to be regarded as being a Native New Yorker, not until after the first one hundred years of True Naturalization, and only after 3 Generations of Real Nativity. But even then you do not get handed an Equal Share, of the collective value, of Long Island, which is very highly valued. Why? Because there is no need for that.

There is no cause for that kind of a Transfer of Wealth, when nothing honorable has been done, and no service has been provided. We give people medals for a reason, for risking their own lives, for the Community, not just because they do not have a medal, or just because they had lost the one they had, or because they had sold it out for something better, which then turned out, to be an empty bag. 

And the same thing is true about Wealth, that even when some Wealth cannot be Sold, as ones Tribal Rights to live on a Reservation, of that Tribe, if one may so choose, because of ones ancestry, which is something that cannot be sold, it is still something of value, because it is like being a co owner, of a business enterprise, which has real holdings, in property, land, and buildings, which is a good thing, and not a bad thing, because it can be operated, and used, even if it cannot be sold, and that represents the Natural Wealth of Native Resources, not money, in the way we speak of it here.

Sovereignty is connected with place, not race. That is another important principle. That is why all these Immigrants, regardless of their race, might be wiser, to stay home, and to develop their own Native Sovereignty, where they have deeper roots, based on the Deep Roots they can trace back down into those Native Lands, in the Old Country, way back home, over 3 Generations. And a lot of the Immigrants really do come from such places, where they do have long term family land holdings, which means free houses, and free lands, within the larger Tribal Lands.

The Native Lands of the World, need to be protected, from being swamped, by the Global Economy, which spills over on Native Peoples Lands all the time, who very often may not have any Land Based Sovereignty, where they are Free to Live, and wherre they have the paperwork to prove it, such as it is on the Reservation, where your names are all down on the rolls, so there can be no mistake about it. That Sovereignty has value, just to have a place on the reservation, where people can work towards common cause, even if it cannot be sold as one lump sum, since it can be sold over time, without losing any of it, which is much better, in the long run, to sell the experience of Scotland, and some of the products of the land, but to retain Scotland itself, in the hands of the Scottish People, and as a service to the world, which is a new way of managing land ownership, for the Good of the Earth, without sacrificing the people, who are the real members of the Tribe, which does have jurisdiction over that land.

Once they have gained their Sovereignty, based on their Nativity, they will have the Platform, of Native Sovereignty, from which they will be able, to exercise Local Responsibility, and Power, and then they will be able, to serve as the Designated Decision Makers, on a local level, which could allow them to become an independent country, if all goes well, just like Scotland could have done.

As a result, they would be Empowered, by the New Nativity, to make changes, and to get things done, allowing them to Save the Earth, in their own local jurisdictions, where they could preserve their native cultures.

We can see that, as a group, the Illegal workers, who are here one day, and gone the next, and who may have to go back home at any time, may tend to evade authority, so they try to stay disconnected, but as a result, they cannot be counted on, to take responsibility, or to care for the Land, or the people, to pay any more in taxes, than they absolutely cannot avoid, or to make any kind of a Contribution, above and beyond the bare minimum.

There is a big disconnect here, because they are not connected, being non committal, and they may even be resentful, of the power of Native Authority, so this does lie in clear distinction, to the way we would behave, in a foreign land, as visitors to Scotland, where we would try to get into accord with Norms of the Natives, of long duration, who have put deeper roots down in place, and who are not going anyplace else, and who really do care, and they care very deeply, because it is where their Hearts are Deeply Rooted, and so the Natives are like Deeply Rooted Trees.

The Immigrants are more like Potted Plants, who can easily be moved, and uprooted, and whose roots are twisted up, and in a disconnected condition, from anything deep connection to this land, where they live, so far removed from the Earth, in an artificial relationship, with the whole, so disconnected, that they cannot even survive, without constantly being watered, by the Natives, because of their compacted root systems, which even if they were planted in the ground, would not be ready to survive on their own. And so they are not Sustainable.

They are not in Right Relationship, to these Native Lands, or to the Native Peoples. These are Dependents, who may want to be treated like Natives, simply because they have learned, to emulate us, just enough to get by, but without any real dedication to the cause, and so they will almost not ever choose to serve the cause, or to Contribute in any real way, unless they are getting paid, which reflects an entirely Mercenary Relationship, with the Natives.

They think that what is on the surface, is all that matters here. But that is all wrong, so we cannot allow them to have jobs, with any authority, not when they have not yet begun, to Cross Over the Bridge of Change. And you have to know the language, in order to be courteous, and kind, and polite, and considerate, and to be able to show the proper Respect for Native Authority.

And so between those two groups, the Natives and the Immigrants, we can conclude that the Natives, would be the Rightful Decision makers, because they are the ones, who would naturally tend to care the most, and to do the most, like to make these painful distinctions, even when nobody else is doing it, because they have a deeply rooted connection, to this land, and the people in it.

We are now choosing to identify, as being the Natives here, just like the Scottish People, who are deeply rooted in Scotland, and its history, and its culture, and its traditions, and its meaning, might claim to be the Natives, which thing does mean a lot to them, so they have become more Deeply Rooted, over time, and unified, resulting in them simply becoming more and more Fully Responsible, to each other, and for those Native Lands, and even spilling over onto all other native peoples, because they are the ones, who Love these Native Lands, and who care the most, about Protecting the Forests, of these Native Lands, as we are as well.

The Natives are the ones, who care the most, about keeping our Native Resources, from being washed away, by the flood of short term Wall Street driven Immigration Gains, which washes up, as a result of Globalization, and then it flows right back down again, when they go on to the next cool place, taking a lot of topsoil, and other resources with it, including all those bikes, and lawnmowers, which have turned up missing, along with the Scottish Pounds, which are not meant to leave this country.

This is why that can be very destructive, to allow this unlimited extraction, of what it means, to be Natives, and to be nickled and dimed, out of everything that we have built, and if we allow this to continue, as an illegal process, which is dangerously destructive, just like any other kind of a flood, because that kind of movement of people and resources, is corrosive, and because it is illegal, then we will lose it all, because we do not have any kind of a handle on it, and it is just like somebody moving onto our property, or camping out in our barn, or something, or living among us, without our permission, and then refusing to pay the rent, or to meet any of the other requirements, simply by evading our Natural Authority.

By letting it be known that some of these Long Term Immigrants will eventually become celebrated as Natives Locally, that will help us to be able to welcome some of these new people into the Circle, with a plan for their progress, should they choose to continue, to advance towards full Nativity, and that expansion of numbers, of qualified people, who really do identify, as being Natives, or who want to become Natives, will give us the hook that we need, and that will help us all to feel much better about being empowered, to take action, from this new platform, which will become possible, once we have completed the rolls of shareholders, beyond our powerless state of complacency, as consumers, which is what we have right now, nothing but the powerlessness, of being totally dependent upon the same old Politics as usual, with no alternative, but to watch the spectacle, and to hope for the best, like the Scots have been doing, for hundreds of years.

But then it could even begin to go from bad to worse, as Scotland is swamped, with Immigrants, from England and elsewhere, who quite naturally, will not want to have to bow down, before the wishes of the Scottish People, not when the doors have been thrown wide open, and when all are deemed to be Equally Entitled, to decide the fate of those resources, for the release of the short term gains, from cutting down all the Trees, which would be to their own advantage, since they may need jobs, and that amounts to losing Scotland, to the World Market, and the Global Economy, through Globalization, allowing Scotland to be Stolen, by the Immigrants, from one end, and by the Chinese Billionaires, on the other end, squeezing the real people of Scotland, out of Scotland, and so instead of Saving Scotland, which is what they should have done, they have chosen to lose it, and to allow it to go to ruin, and to become completely destroyed, to the point where it will not longer be, a marketable commodity, since it will all be exploited for the short term gains, of the Non-Scottish People, who will eventually be in the majority. And that is why they need some protection, from being swamped, and demolished, by the Global Economy, or World Need, and World Greed. And that is why we need the New Nativism.

Part of our Crazy Thinking here, is that Local Power needs to be Integrated, Re-localized, Stabilized, and Focused, and Restored, by a coalition of the willing, and that requires the establishment, of Native Sovereignty, Native Autonomy, and Native Authority, since we do need there to be something there that can serve as the Basis of Natural Authority, in order to do that, in such as way as it would be Extensible, and for that it has to be explainable, to future generations, as a logical progression, of progressive thinking, not as violent emotional outburst, where a lot of people got killed.

The New Nativity works peacefully and locally, in a carefully controlled, and constructive way, by limiting power, to the Native Decision Makers, with Grace and Decency, and it will be, as if they had finally won the war, at great cost of human lives, but without all that bloodshed, and then it would be great to have a way to include some of the future new people, who might want to become part of it, which is a hook point, but only after 100 years of solid service, with a clean record, and having to buy in, to have a Full Share of Scotland, which is the hook, as there is nothing bad about Scotland.

We need to take it all right on back, and to redefine it, as being a Native Place, with Native Ways, so we can refine it, and control it, in such a way that we will retain the stability, and by stabilizing it, at the point of Native Authority, we can locate the rightful places, of Natural Authority, far away from the destructive tantrums of those, in the Global Marketplace, like the Immigrants, or like the Chinese Billionaires, who may have little devotion, no Grace, and nothing but a reckless disregard, for our Native Ways, because it is not their own way, and so they do not care. 

All this New Building, with New Ideas, is just so that we can protect the purity of our Native Lands, the Forests, and the Rivers, and the Wildlife, and our own Children, so they will have a future here, running this place like a business concern, just exactly the way Scotland could be run, as a Native Business Concern, as well as a Homeland, including the Brand, which we can define, and we can define how it is all to be used, for the greater good, in the same way as we may want to be able, to protect the purity of the waters that flow here, which a lot of the New People, will just not be willing to respect, not when it is not always, going to pay off in their favor, or to be to their own personal advantage, where they have old garbage to be dumped.

What we are defining is where the real power will be coming from that will allow us, to Save the Earth, by means of the Re-Localization, of the control of Native Resources, all over the world, and putting that back in Native hands, on the local level, everywhere, like right there at home, like right there in the Community, whatever has not yet been devoured, by the Global Economy, like right here, in our own Local Watershed, and like right there in this country,

We can only prevail, by using this untapped source of Native Power, which is Free, and so too we can become Scot Free, and we can do all of that by granting Sovereignty, on a Local Level, and by springing these New Natives from all across America, where they had been oppressed, and treated, as if they were just more Immigrants, in a land of Immigrants, even after 100 years, of Honor, Service, Contribution, and Sacrifice. 

And this whole new thing called Native Sovereignty, will give us Autonomous Independence, like a break away state, which doesn't even need to break away, as in the case of Scotland, anymore than a couple of Trees need to Break Away, from the City, once it has been planted, in some of the most ideal places, imaginable, far from those City Streets, and Beyond the Sidewalks, of the Global Economy, since it is already there, and since it has not yet been completely erased, and obliterated, by unrestricted immigration, or interference, by the rich and powerful.

Even just the Real Estate alone, that would be involved, in many cases, would be worth well over $90,000. per person, or per share, on opening day, even if the few bad apples, were to try to just sell us all out, on the Global Market, leaving us all holding the bag, with all the responsibilities, for doing all of the work, of replanting, and rebuilding, and then protecting and preserving what we have built in this land, which will all need to be secured, and then having to recoup those losses, caused by such mercenary defections, where these Mercenary Defectors may have tried to sell us out, by cashing in, to get that $90,000, and then we might have to do that, by buying those shares back, at an even higher price, like after it has tripled, from the Chinese Billionaires, or whoever it may be, on the Global Market, who might be willing to sell, but only for a profit, because that is a ruthless place, where Money is King, and where the Natives, are to be regarded, as Slaves, who are disposable, and worthless.

And that is why we cannot allow these rich people to sell us out, by selling those Shares. And so maybe we shouldn't even call them shares. But that is just to give people the idea, of the value that we are talking about, which is being disregarded, as Beyond Reach, except for the Indians.

And so we are going to have to use, our own Personal Resources, like they did at The Farm, in Tennessee, where they began, by passing the hat, and taking Contributions.

We need to be able to secure, what we are collecting, or it will be wasted, by being overexposed, to the Global Market, which is always seeking greater fungeability, and that may be what leads to the Meltdown, which is what happens when everything has a price tag on it, but with no concern for the protection of these Native Lands, and the people who belong to them, long term, so they will be protected, which are conversely, not to be sold, to rich foreigners, or to Non-Natives, of any kind. 

This is why we say that only Native Peoples can own Native Lands. The rest must pay rent. What this does is, it gives the Natives, enough power, to control the outcomes, which otherwise will fall completely apart, in the face of Globalization or Immigration, which are the Twin Towers, of Need and Greed. We don't want to be swamped, and we don't want to be bought out.

We have had to invent the solution, which is New, and Extreme Sounding, and that is why, it is out of step, with all the messages coming from the Media, and the Schools, Business, and the Government Run Mind Control Machinery, and so this will seem strange and crazy, to some, to put the Indians back in control, along with a few of the rest of us, but in reality we have simply uncovered the real deeply forgotten localized power of Native Peoples, of whatever race they may be, who should Know what goes on, in their own Native Lands, and who should Care what goes on, in their own Native Communities, and who should have the final decision, in anything that could harm, their Local Native Watersheds, including for the first time, these New Natives, who are not all Indians, but who should be making the Decisions, along with the Old Natives.

These New Natives, are now to be allowed, to stand among the other Locals, and the Indians, as if they too, were to be listened to, as genuinely Native People of Primary Standing, and so this is just like it is, when a Child grows up, and then can be allowed, to serve on the Council of Land Stewards, at 21 years of age, if they can manage to hang on that long.

This is actually more like, an Old Pathway that just needs to be cleared, as there is no one out there, who is looking out, for our Native Land Rights.

The very realization of the existence, of Natural Authority, on the local level, completes the Broken Circle, and it repairs the Wheel.

The first thing these New Natives, would do with Scotland, would be to require one third, of the land holdings, to be Heavily Forested, within the first 50 years. And we can do a lot within our Communities as well. We have a lot of energy excessively focused, on spreading ourselves thin, fixing things all over the world, which we cannot fix, which is like tilting new walls up and then just walking away, as if the job was done, when we had secured nothing, when we should be focusing at least half of our energy, on building only that which we can secure.

And by securing what we have already built, and that is to be done, by making it ours, in a way, which cannot be Monetized, and sold out cheap, just so a few Indians can make a fast buck, which was not the idea. And this might best be done by putting things into shares, which cannot be sold, and which we could even choose to claim would be imaginary, which might be the most elegant solution. And it could be that we are going to lose everything if we do not.

These New People, who have come to the Bioneers, really do have some value, and something very real to offer, as Natives, to their Local Communities, but their Good Energy has been locked out, and their Love has been dismissed, and their ideas, have sometimes thoughtlessly been mistaken, for being an opposing political ideology, which must be destroyed, before it takes off. 

We need to form a group of people, within the Bio-Tribe, who will have a job, which will be, to seek out these New People, with the New ideas, and to sort through them, for the Crazy sounding ideas of the whole bunch, which are not safe, or normal, or the Bioneers will Die, because the Bioneers has become too safe and normal sounding. 

It is all about the information, with no way of building anything, with all these new ideas, which are getting dropped all the time, when our work is to put those ideas together, into an integrated whole. And yes, there is some Wild Eyed Leadership involved, which will be designed, to scare a lot of the Women off, along with some of the Men, who are not real thinkers. 

And if this is not threatening enough, it will get even more dangerously threatening, to the Status Quo, of Ignorance and Complacency, as we go along, which is what we have seen here, where the people are happy with nothing, but to have their own beliefs reinforced, and to receive their yearly information overload, which takes the place of any real satisfaction, and it goes down so much easier, much like stuffing ones self full, with sugary junk food, which doesn't need to be chewed.

But not having to chew up the food, might take the place of real eating satisfaction, part of which should come from having to chew up the food, which means to think, and not to assume that they are going to be supported, by the folks, who will never let them down, because we are going to have to let a few people down, who have become Dependents upon the Natives, without cause, since they were the ones, who came late to the party, which should be more like a Work Party, not a picnic, and so the work they might have wanted to do, may have already been completed, and so the only opportunity we have to offer to them, is to help us, to complete this work, which has already been laid out for us.

All we need to do, is to Empower these more Deeply Rooted New People, of Proven Provenance, who can be entrusted, with Full Nativity, who have by definition, at least 2 Grandparents, who were born in this country, over 100 years ago, and 2 parents as well. And they are in turn, to empower their Natural Leadership Carriers, who must be able to shed some new light, on some old problems, as they are no longer to be chosen, by popularity contests alone. 

And so if you cannot add something, quite substantial, then you are not going to be credited, with a full share of the credit, for being a part owner of the material, as if you had collaborated, when all you did was to interrogate the Creator of the Material, with complaints, and looking for problems, and trying to find fault, and so for that you will get no credit. And so it is not as matter of opinion, or what people like or dislike about the Bioneers. We don't care what they like about it. 

If they like the Free Massages, there will be no more Free Massages. That is how much we can about what they might like or dislike about the Bioneers. That is partly because, we are really only looking for real relationships, or for real Gains, which can be Secured, and so are Sustainable, or for real Tribal Members, who can be counted on, to bring us their best, not just the people who might need to be entertained, with a lot of comforting laughter, and a lot of funny jokes, about how much better we are than the people in the opposing camp. But these are the same old high maintenance people, who would sell us out, by taking pot shots at this New Leadership, and by calling him down, as we begin the painful process of Tribal Integration, which might not be any fun for anybody.

Yes, this does entail, a New Redefinition of what the Bioneers really is going to be all about in the future, which is something which procuces other things, like a couple of full blown EcoVillage Communities, as far away as Central America, which is something that I have had my eye on, for some time now, as we must make a clean break, with the past, now at long last.

I have been involved in the Bioneers, since 1991, which is over 20 years, and so on the basis of those credentials, I would like to be allowed, to head this thing up, for a while, if you all do not mind, just in order, to make sure, the Natural Integrity, of this New Initiative, remains completely intact, because other peoples ingrained opinions can be very corrosive to the work that has been begun here, and so opinions cannot be playable. But we know that Steve Gaskin, of The Farm, graciously stepped down, from his position, of Natural Authority, after only 12 years, and so I want to make it clear, with all the good people here, that I do expect to beat that record, by quite a few years, if you will just allow me to have to same kind of leeway, for only a few short years.

But this New Nativism signifies a return, of the Dead Grandparents. This is their way of coming back into our lives, as the Natives all must have Grandparents. And in this way, with the Grandparents being mentioned, over and over again, we have chosen to recognize the continuity, of the Deep Tribal Spirit, of the Tribal Community, which does not exclude the importance, of following, in the footsteps, of our Grandparents, and building upon that work, which had been begun, by former generations, with new growth, which is just a little thing, has been missing, in the nuclear family model, which has no sense of place, or any sense of the continuity of life, which is why that model is now obsolete, since it is cut off with everything else.

I thought we should be able to find a way, to include some of this Meaningful New Material, into the Council Circle, leaving out the rest of the small talk, about what people like or dislike, or where they expect, the wisdom to be found, as we can only seize this moment, in this moment, to become an Integrated Decision Making Body, which really can Change the Bioneers, Revitalizing the Bioneers, and changing it, into a vitally active, and alive Tribe, with a Growing Tip, before it dies. 

I would like to introduce something new, which I have called, the Bio-Tribe, which may be necessary, just to keep it alive, and burning, with the Spirit, of Deeply Rooted Nativity, for a few years longer, to start putting things in their proper places, within an orderly system, not just to continue on, with a love for schooling, socializing, and higher education, or as a form of entertainment, or as a way of getting validation, and a lot of positive reinforcement, of what we already believe, or just so we can go back out into our separate lives, and carry on, with some reassurance, and it should not just be there, as a platform for an expanded social life, but we have to begin to nail things down, into realities, with New Creations, in the form of EcoVillage Communities, which in turn, will carry on, with a World Changing Vision, which is Universal, and that fits right in, with the Honor System, and the Natural Order of Priorities. - T
