The Truth Imperative

What might be expected? We might expect more than just to be Supported, on every level, which is above and beyond just buying things, for ones own self, and ones own family, which is only a very Self-Serving Proposition. Right. 

How does that support the Natives? In a Sane World, all of the New People would have to Do Right by the Good Native People, in the Tribe, who are like the Elders, because they are the People who Built this Country, and who Built this Community. And all the New Organizers have to be able to come up with a Plan, to Buy the Land, and to Pay for the Community. We have to either have the Money, or be able to get the Money.

We have every right to expect all of the New People, and the Immigrants, to Stand Up for the Rights of the Good Native Peoples to decide on all matters having to do, with this Country, or this Community, and how it is to be used, or not to be used, just like we would all be expected to do, out on the Indian Reservation. 

We would not presume to have as much right to be living out there, on the Indian Reservation, as those who had been born into the Tribe. And the same thing should be True about the New People and the Immigrants, just as it would be in many other relationships. Right. 

We all know that in the Shared Household, we have to let the main decisions be made by the people whose names are down on the lease, not just anybody who happens to be over for some reason. This would be a Two Tier System, of Family Members, and their Friends, with No Invaders. And so we are using a Two Tier System all the time, for those who might be welcome to stay for a few days, but are not yet True Members of the Household. And the same thing is True on the Job. 

We Natives really might need to see some Competence, and a very Real Contribution, Service, and maybe even a Sacrifice, before any kind of an Unequal Partnership could even be considered, where we would still be making all the decisions, because, In a Sane World, they would not be grabbing for power, and they would be entering on, to the 100 Year Long Pathway to Nativity. Why? Because of the Big Prize waiting for them, at the end of the Path? No. Why? They will be Dead by then, if they are not already. It is an Honor to be helping to Save the Earth. But there is no Prize for doing that, because that is the Prize. 

That is how the Shared Household works. That is how the Community Works. Right. And this is how Our Whole Country might have to work, sometime soon, in the very near Future, as well as the Earth, which will need to be Integrated. Right. And that means we need to have a Plan, to secure what we have been Building. 

In a Sane World, sometime within the next 50,000 Years might be considered to be the very Near-Future, and after that would be the Mid-Future. And then after One Million Years, until the End of Time, that could be called the Deep-Future. Since When? 1991.

Sharing the Land is not just giving it all away, anymore than Sharing an Apartment. And if you do allow someone to sleep on the couch in your apartment, that would never amount to anything like having a share of the group ownership rights. Right. 

Where is the Reciprocation? That might be a good question, to ask the Immigrants, when they apply for admission, into our Homes, or into our Good Native Lands, who might want to come here, to go into business, in a totally one sided mentality, which is All Take and No Give. And we need to have some Resistance against that. Right. 

People should not want the Organizers to Lose Energy. No. We should want them to Gain Energy. If we do not want them to Gain Energy, then we have a problem, and that will need to be talked about. Right. Because everyone has to be in support of the Local Native Leadership Carriers. We need to have the complete support of all the People, for the first 5 years.     

Native Resistance needs to be here, to Protect these Native Lands. There would need to be some Native Pushback against the Invaders. Why? Our Good Native Lands might be seen as being an Unscrewed up Land of Free Resources, which anyone can claim. And they might not believe that we are Truly Serious about protecting All of Our Native Resources. Right. We have to put the Earth First, as we have already done. Since When? 1991.  

The Indian Reservation Lands are not places that are Up for Grabs. And anyone can go there, and set up shop, and then to expect to be given Voting Rights on the Tribal Council, as if the Indians on the Reservation would not notice that these Invaders are not members of the Tribe. But everyone in the Tribe knows, who the True Members of the Tribe really are. And the same thing will be True, within the Community. 

And so of course the Tribal Members would exert their Native Rights. And we need to be able to do the same, sometime in the Very Near Future, if that is not too much to expect, or we are going to lose control over Our Own Native Lands. And once these Native Lands are Lost, then the Earth is Lost. 

The Earth may already be Lost, in the sense that there may not be Time Enough to Save it, from the already existing Consumers, even without Unrestricted Immigration. And so what would we do in that case? We would follow the Truth Imperative, of 1991, to take of our own small portion of the Earth, and our People, and to stand in Solidarity, with the other Communities all around the world, who will be joining us, in Protecting Our Native Lands, and keeping our People healthy and strong. - T

Back Up Plans

The Community is for Heroes. And so the New Organizers have to be the First of the Heroes. But then they have to Demand the same thing, from the Immigrants, and the New People, and from all of the others. 

If the Immigrants had done something Heroic for us, then it would be different, but they have not done anything, but to Climb onto the Dependency Wagon, which does not bode well, for the future of this Country, or Our Community, which was meant to be a Place of Freedom, and Grace and Respect for the Natives, but not a Pit of Dependency. Why? Because that would be our Downfall. 

The New Organizers should know that it is only fair, to charge a Fee, for Services, and so the people might have to Pay to Play, not just because we need the Money, to continue to do the good work we have begun, or because we are all about the Money, because that is all that we care about, but because it is our rightful due, as the most Creatively Productive People on Earth, who Built almost every part, of the Global Economy, to get some Green Energy Back, in return for the good work we have been doing. Since When? 1991. Right. This Project went Public way back in 1991.

It is only fair, to expect the New Members, and the Immigrants, to be glad, to support the Fine Folks, who Designed and Built the Pathway, to the Community, and the People who Build this Country. We are the Builders. We are the Organizers. 

We had to have worked out the biggest of the problems, which was how to pay for it all. Right. Where to get the Money is the biggest problem with every EcoVillage Community. Right. How to Pay for it. 

And when we have to Build it First, or to work out the Finances, they would have to cover more than just the physical costs, of the Lands and the Buildings. And the same thing is True about the Immigrants. Right. 

Our Community is not just a Thing that can be bought and sold. No. And Our Country is not just a thing that can be bought and sold. Right. They should not be For Sale. Right. We all have to be willing, to make a Big Sacrifice, for all of that to be Created, and for that to be Maintained. 

We have come up with a very good way to finance some of the costs involved with the Community, like how we are going to Buy the Land. And that is a very Well Balanced Plan. And that does have Good Reciprocality. Without that our Country will Fail. 

When the Illegal Immigrants are allowed to break the law, and come here, without permission, and with No Consequences, where is the Reciprocality? 

The New People didn't solve that problem. No. And the Immigrants didn't solve that problem either. And they cannot solve that problem. How to Build a Country that Works. 

Most People are not able to build a Country that works. And it might be Assumed that the Immigrants can't do that either, or they would not be coming here. Right. That is a Glaring Sign of Incompetence. 

The Problem was to come up with a workable a way, to Invent, and to Design, and to find a way to Build the Community, and how it can be paid for. When? Way Back in 1991. But at least we know the New People are finally getting ready, to start taking responsibility, for the Community. Right. 

If we Build it, then they will come. Right. The Next Wave. But since we are the Ones, who Built it, then the Next Wave will have to pay more. Why would that be? The Money is worth less. The Land is worth More. 

The rising cost involves more than just to cover the most minimal costs as it was way back when. Right. That is advancing all the time. 

They would have to be True Believers. And the Expanded Property Values would need to be covered first. The same thing would be True, about the Immigrants. In a Sane World they would all have to be True Believers, and the Expanded Property Values would need to be covered first. Right. The Value of Land in our New World Country is a lot more heavily Expanded than it might still be, back in the Old Country.           

And some of the Non-Creative People might think that it would be enough, for them, just to Buy a few of Our Products, like they do when they go to Disneyland, and then they would be welcome, to become one of our Partners, as the Co-Owners of Disneyland. But that doesn't make you a Partner, or a Co-Owner, just to pay your own way, from week to week. Are You Kidding me? No Way. And the same thing is just as True about the New People, as it is about the Immigrants. Right. 

They might not want to take Full Responsibility, for their Needs. Right. They need to get into relationship with the Land, and it is not enough just to hole up in a compartment. Why? That is Out of Balance. 

And they might even Avoid the Natives, and the Truth, which is Carried, by the Natives. And that is like going into someones homeland, like an Indian Reservation, and then ignoring those people, whose Native Homeland it is, which would be incredibly offensive. 

Short Term Expenses are simply personal choices, but that would definitely not be enough to be given a Place within a Decision Making Partnership, as Land Stewards, complete with Voting Rights. No. That would allow their Immigrant Votes to Cancel Out our own Creative Producer Votes, without Representation, in terms of Financial Physical, and Emotional Commitment, or any sign of Creative Productivity that would be commensurate.

And we are going to need to retain some control over this Country, and our Native Lands, in order to get where we are going, and to make it through the next 50,000 Years, which will make or break most Communities. 

Our Country may become a Failed State. Why? Unrestricted Immigration could destroy this Country. And so that would be nothing we could depend upon. Right. That would need to be Secured, not cast into the wind. Right. We need to become like Plants that will hold every inch of our Soil Down, so that it will not be blown away by the winds. We should not want our Lands to be laid bare, by Unrestricted Immigration. And so we need to create an Organic way of holding on to that, so it will be Sustainable.  

And the same thing is True about the Organizers, and the Homesteaders, who would make up, the Stewards Council, which is the Main Decision Making Body. 

It would be In-Equitable, for their Commitment of Financial Resources, to be forgotten, if any more New People were allowed to come on into the Community, at the same level, without making an Equitable Commitment of Resources, at last over time, if not right there on the spot. 

If an Old Person Dies, and their place becomes empty, then the New Person would have to have our approval, and they would have to take on the Commitment, of being a good Land Steward.  

And it really would be due right there on the spot, for the New People, just like it would be there, for the Immigrants, to take up a big responsibility. It would not be enough, just to sneak in, under the Cover of Darkness, with the help of Organized Crime Gangs.  

And so they would have to assume a Debt that is the Equivalent of the Cost of one share of the Country, which would include Land, Buildings, and everything. Right. And the same thing is True in the Community. 

We are talking about selling a Profitable Share, at a Profitable Price, of the Total Property Value, in Ten Years, Divided by the Population, of over 300,000, as well as the Creativity Value, like the Value of our Currency. Right. Our Good Name.  

We Natives are like a Famous Movie Star. We can still keep on printing more Currency up, and it will still be valued, as the Worlds Preferred Reserve Currency. Right. And that is like being a Movie Star. And that Good Name will not last forever, if we do not Secure it. 

And so we cannot use that as a short term solution, with no consideration, for Long Term Consequences.  We have to get Back into Balance, and set things up right, with Reciprocation, while we are still Young and Famous. Right. If we sell out cheap for short term gain, we lose our chance to make it very far into the future. 

Our Country is not just Real Estate. We have a Good Name. And that is mainly because of our Supreme Dependability, which really is unmatched. 

Why? The others may believe we can be counted on, to Create an Entirely New Way into the Future. And that might be why they think our Currency has Long Term Value, because we have Long Term Vision.

And that is why we do need to get back to work, on that Vision, and we can Start by Creating a New Way into a New Future, under the New Direction, of our Truely Creative Local Native Leadership Carriers.

Or we are going to Die, just like so many others, who have not made any kind of a plan, how they are going to Survive the Collapse of our Entire EcoSystem, sometime within the next 50,000 Years. Right. 

Everything Dies, when it doesn't have a plan, to Live, unless it can continue, to Grow and Change. And that is going to take some New Thinking. And that is what the New Organizers are bringing to the Table. And you can see some of that right here. These are All New Ideas. Why? New Thinking Works. 

Old School Dependency does not work. And so a New Plan has been Created, by the New Organizers. 

But the New Organizers are not trying to Make Money, just to get Rich, but we do expect to be Supported, in return, for the work we have done, because that is all part of the New Plan, for a Dying Planet. 

Our Plan is to Save the Earth, not to get entrapped within the Politics, of trying to please the Consumers, either to get their Money, or to get their Votes. 

But we have a long term Vision of Survival, if at all possible. And then we will see, and that will happen some 50,000 Years from now, when we will take stock of what remains. And then we will see what parts of the Earth have been Dead Landed, and what parts can still be Restored. 

If we cannot Save the Earth, or don't think we can do that, we will just have to turn to our Local Native Leadership, once again, to hear about the Crazy Back Up Plan. Right. 

We are a New People. We have Plans. We have Long Term Plans, and we have Short Term Plans, and we have Back Up Plans. And if all else fails, our back up plan is to live our lives in a way that is most meaningful to us, with whatever time is left, for the next 50,000 Years. Right. 

It may be too late to Save the Earth. But we still might want to choose a place that is not going to be too quickly Dead Landed, so we can Live in Peace, as a fully functional part of the Earth Spirit. My Name is T. That Stands for Truth. - T

Our Greater Local Service Network

This is how it works. 

The New People need the Service. We have the know how, and the Land and the Monetary Resources that will be needed. Right. Clean Land, Clean Water, Clean Air, is the Basis of All Life. We have the Plan. We either have the Money, or we can Get the Money. 

We could simply sell the People a chance to enjoy working on what we have created, which is to enjoy some of those Resources, within a Safe and Stable Community, which has carefully been located, within a Safe and Stable Country. 

But in a Sane World, we would never Sell Out, or do anything, which could cause us, or Future Generations, to lose the Ownership of the Land, or the Ownership of the Country. And this is like when you go to a Restaurant, and you pay for your dinner, but they do not give away part ownership of the Restaurant. 

Why? Because most people don't want to pay any more than is absolutely necessary, to Cover their Short Term needs. And we think that might be the sign of a very bad attitude, which would need to be corrected. 

But we are not talking about their Short Term Needs. We are talking about creating a way of living that is in harmony with the Earths Long Term Needs. And so the Land needs to be held by the Community. 

That would need to be Retained, in our Good Native Hands, as One Community, so that it can all be passed on down, to the next generation, in one piece. It is one land, that is never to be subdivided. And that has to be built up to, but never taken apart. 

Fast Living is Not Sustainable. 

The Immigrants would need to have been here, for more than 100 Years, before they could own Land, Homes, or Business Property, Drive, or Vote. Right. They should not be allowed to own any Property in our Country, until it is just way too late for them, to be able, to cash in, on our success. Right. 

The Success of this Country, and this Community, really is Our Success, and not theirs. Right. They are like Customers, who should not be sold anything of any great value, like Our Native Home Lands, and Our Earth. 

And so we might want to Reward the Native Plants, and the Animals, and even the Creatively Productive People, like some of our Honorable Local Native Leadership Carriers, who do not need to be Subsidized, but should be, in return for this good work. That is how it works.

Land Speculation would then be only for Natives. 

When you Buy a Home, that is almost the same thing as Land Speculation. Right. We should not want the Immigrants to profit from their own Expansionism. Right. When all the Homes are all filled up, because of the Immigrants, then the prices will go up. And that is a Bad Thing. 

And so No Home Ownership for the Immigrants, until they have been here for more than 100 Years of Good Time Served. And it is for that reason that we do not want to see any kind of Land Speculation in the Community, as well. Right. You get to use it for Life.  

We should support No New Land Ownership, for the Immigrants, until after One Hundred Years and Three Generations, of Good Time Served. Why? We do not plan to keep parting this whole thing out, until there is nothing left. All the Poor Countries have tried that already. 

When you Sell Your Blood, you can make more. But when you Sell Your Land, you cannot make more. 

And so Land and Property Ownership should be reserved for Native People. And that would normally come from 100 Years of Good Time Served, as English Speakers, and 3 Generations of Nativity, as People who Love This Country, and as People, who Love this Community. And so their will be No Speculation. 

We are inviting everyone who has not completely lost their Minds, to get off the Gravy Train, and to get on board the Native Truth Train, and if they do not know English, then it might be a good time, to get started on that, so we can create a Healthy and Happy, Long Term Transition Zone, so people walk in Peace, down the Pathway to Nativity, at a Sustainable Pace. 

We are not Expansionist, and we really do feel that the Pathway to Nativity which we have Created, for the New People and the Immigrants, is a very good idea, and especially for those, who don't have anything to contribute, when coming here, because that Free Ride, on the Gravy Train, and cashing in on Premature Freedom, which would need to be controlled, and to be set up as a Broker, who is Selling Votes, and Selling Out Our Native Lands, to relatives, may quite possibly have to come to a screeching halt, because that is Not Self Sustainable.

Endless Expansionism is simply not Sustainable. And that is why Unrestricted Immigration is Not Sustainable, Truth be Told. 

And that is why everyone will have to either be a Native already, or they will need to be on the Pathway to Nativity, and Grateful for that, if they want to be allowed into the Sustainable Country, or the Sustainable Community, or even to get into the Circle of Truth, and Accountability, as a part of Trustworthy Humanity, where everyone has to be known, or is Trusted, to be a good person, who can be counted on, to keep their word, and to do their part.   

When you have come to this Country, Illegally, and out of desperation, you will be held responsible, for your own failures, faults, and shortcomings. Right. That is nothing to brag about. Right. That is on You. 

When you need to be Rescued, that is a very real Failure. That is not a Success. That is a DisGrace. And we all know that. And so that will have to be treated like a Failure, and a DisGrace, like when you have fallen down flat on your face, and you cannot pay your own way through life, which is something that should move the New People lower down in status, in an Honest Society, as people who are more suspect, not less, if the Truth be Told, upon their appearance in a Stolen Country, as they have come here, in a less than honorable manner.   

If you are not able, to carry your own weight, then you cannot continue acting like you have as much right to be here, as anyone else, for no good reason. No. If you cannot carry your own weight, and you can't keep up, then you cannot Vote, Buy, Sell, or Borrow Money, so that would be a Bad Road to go down. Right. That is an Imposition upon others. And so being needy is no excuse, for not being able, to pay your own way. 

And so all of the Invasive Intruders will have to take a big hit, in their Social Status, and in their Standing, when they enter into our Highly Honorable and True Native Society, as very questionable people, who are in Deep Trouble, with the Universe, which will likely be quite a bit below where they used to be, in Social Status, way back home in the Old Country. Right. 

They might have been Big Shots before, but now they are not. Why? Because you have to give up being a Big Shot when you come here, to find work, because a real Big Shot does not need to find work. Right. 

We expect the New People, to have much more than just the most minimal Language Skills, but to have their own New Ideas, Lands, Homes, and Properties, and Resources to Contribute. Right. 

We are the Creative Producers. And we have to learn very quickly, if we do not already know, how to interact with the Honorable Organizer, in a Constructive Manner. Right. 

Assume the Best. Forget the Rest. All Gratitude. Contribution. Service. Grace. We are all here to Learn. No Assumptions. If anyone wants to float their own ideas, at our expense, that would have to be done, in a very Respectful Manner, to see if we are Interested.

What I have to share would be 4.5 acres of Beautiful Land, with Tall Trees, in the Sonoma County Wine Country, which I plan to Contribute, to an Eco-Logical Land Cooperative. Right. An ELC.
