Hard-Decisions

 We should not want the New-People, to gut the Equity in their Homes. Right. 

The New-People should have Responsibilities, to Gaia, and to the Homesteaders, and to all the other Land-Stewards, to do their part, to Uphold the Plan. But what is a Land-Steward?

A Land-Steward would be someone, who has paid off their Homesteads, or who has put a lot of Time and Energy into the Community. 

If everyone in the Community guts the Equity in their Homes, then some of them will Sink-Underwater, and then they could be foreclosed upon. Yes. And that could Hurt Gaia, and All the Others, as well as the Land-Stewards. 

Some-People would not be willing to continue, to make Payments on the Homesteads, when they may appear to be temporarily worth a little bit less, on the market, than they owe on it, which might be partly because of their Home-Equity Loans, which have increased the amounts they owe on it. 

But when you Gut the Equity in the Land, you Gut the Earth. And then the Banks will own most of the Homes, and all of the Farms. We saw this happen in 2008. 

And then we might see a lot of Vacant-Homes, which have been foreclosed upon, by the Banks, and they could become Crack-Houses. And that could ruin the Whole-Community. 

We might have to become Prepared, to make some very Hard-Decisions, to Secure the Land, and to Protect our Collective-Self, from having to deal, with anything like that. Why should we leave Our Wonderful-Community Exposed, to Outside Market-Pressures? 

The Dollar may be collapsing. And there may be many Other-Dangers that will need to be avoided, with Decisive-Action. Yes. This might be a Good-Time, to make some very Hard-Decisions, to Secure our Native-Rights, as a Community. Are you with me? - T

Free-Labor-Force

But what about those Fine-Souls, who Have-Nothing?  Should they all be Disregarded? No. Those who are among the True-Believers, but who have No Monetary-Resources, might not be entirely out of luck. 

And it may be that living in this Community of Eden-Village is not too far Out of Reach. Maybe they can become part of our Free Labor-Force.

What would that take? They would have to be more than happy, to do any kind of work that needs to be done. 

And those would be the Free-Workers, who would be getting paid, in Respect, and Gratitude, and in Free-Food and Camping. 

In this way, they might have a chance to Earn some Honor. But the Free-Workers would never have to work anymore than 20 Hours a Week. And that Creates a Sunny-Day, for those, who are without Funds.

  

They would all have to start out, as someone, who will Contribute a lot, and who will Serve the Tribe, and who will go along with the Program, and as Good-People, who will respect the Decisions, which have already been made, by the Organizers, or the Planners, or by the Land-Stewards-Council.

In many ways, we are going to be a lot like the Indians out on the Reservations.

We are going to be Restoring the Tribal-HomeLands, only we do like to create some Life-Openings, for some of those who have been Left-Behind.

We believe in creating New-Opportunities, for those, who are willing to Earn it. - T
